identification number) and last name as it is indicated in the fields below. Do not forget to
include Jr, Sr, hyphens (Smith-Watson) if needed. Please note that the last name field requires the first
letter in the last name to be capitalized.
Your login information is based on your current home address in CN’s records. You can validate your home address in the Employee Self Service section of the CN eportal under My Personal Information>Home address.
